Developer Notes: 

This update to the mobile app seeks to improve the communication system within the mobile app. With this update, Registrants are able to manage their profiles better, and straight from the mobile app. More updates are to come to compliment this change. Here is a breakdown of the changes coming in this version:

• Added support for multiple devices on a single profile.
• Added a Device Manager to profiles where Registrants can see all devices logged into their profile, change device names, or even force signout.
• Added an Account Manager where Registrants can change their account information (with the exclusion of emails)
• Added Support for Push Notifications with Subject lines and Images attached
• Added A feature to refresh Firebase Cloud Messaging Tokens in the event that Push Notifications are not being received.
